Power of Seven Chakras –This workshop aims at creating awareness among participants to develop an understanding of the seven primary sources of energy center in our body.  These energy centers are the epitome of human consciousness and if driven in the correct direction can become a great source for human beings to realize their true potential. By understanding these sources of energy,  individuals can uplift any aspects of their life, thus having a  better state of living.

Neuro Linguistic Programming –It’s the innovative  approach to understand and direct your beliefs, behaviors,  and human experience. The workshop revolves around the  basic awareness of the NLP, what, why, and how NLP  helps. It aids individuals with the awareness of the  Modelling Principle and Sub Conscious Mind. Participants  will have a visualization exercise on Self-awareness and the  Johari window. It covers the pillars and presuppositions of  NLP. Understanding of  Mental  mapping and  neurological flexibility. We will run through detailed  practice and purpose exercises

Self Care –The objective of our self-care program is to help the staff in  adopting behaviors that can bring perceivable changes in their way of  dealing with themselves. The module of Self Care program weaves into  the Wellness Program that is based on the theme of Relief, Restore and  Reinvent. The module emphasizes the following list of behaviors:

  2. Attitude of transcending from Kinetic Life to Energy Life
  3. Different Aspects of listening- Active & Passive
  4. Self-drive to achieve goals

Managing one’s internal states, impulses, and resources

Happiness with Mindfulness –This workshop aims at removing the layers  of limitations of associates which block them from being happy in life. We  help individuals to

  1. Identify their true desires, not influenced by external influences and negative programming
  2. Release limiting beliefs, patterns, and habits that hold them back
  3. Develop a successful identity that helps them live in alignment with  who they really are
  4. Learn emotional control and how to stop living in negative memories  from the past or worrying about the future so they can experience  fulfillment right now

Guided Meditation Techniques

Time Management – Our “Time Management &  Productivity Rhythm” workshop aims at creating self-awareness among the participants to develop a better understanding of self and reflect on the productivity rhythm that they undergo throughout the day (which is unique for them). The workshop designed on  simulations and experiential learning aim at enabling  individuals to learn the art of time management by  having high self-awareness, understanding the various distractions & ultimately fostering higher productivity.

Emotional Intelligence – The ability to identify, harness, and manage one’s own emotions helps us to apply them to activities like decision-making and problem-solving. Understanding and recognizing one’s own emotions as well as those for others is an important means to foresee scenarios and at the same time maintain calm in difficult situations. There are a lot many times when we regret our emotional outbursts and think of better ways of reacting to some typical situations.
Our Emotional Intelligence modules are specifically designed for professionals which can enable them with guided tools and techniques to recognize and regulate their emotions and enhance their problem-solving abilities. The programs are instructional and set with guiding principles on how to use one’s emotions for the benefit of oneself as well as larger institute/organization.
